Allow publishedon date to show #35

Hi again,

I can't seem to get the publishedon date to appear in the results. [[+publishedon:strtotime:date=%e %B %Y]] - I've also tried to get the raw timestamp with just [[+publishedon]] with no luck.

Fixed: included publishedon in &fields param e.g. &fields=pagetitle,introtext,publishedon,longtitle,content
