English translations for progress / download completion events #42

Sure! I'll add it to my timeline. I can create an i18n project for the ProjBobcat later and allow everyone to contribute it. But before that, some of the code must be changed in order to support i18n features.

I don't know Chinese but I can proofread the translations

I'm still working on the resource files. I'll finish it ASAP. Maybe there is a commit in this week to add this support!
