Example: Murloc Lurker/ id 732 using backstab http://www.wowhead.com/spell=7159 (quite a large list of npc using this lowly spell if u scroll down)

General issue ...haven't seen one npc that has backstab or ambush skills not to use it right in ure face and not from behind... Go ahead and try them out... I believe it's a core issue...and nobody ever bothered to fix those spells(as in never) Observe the ambush icon SS: wowscrnshot_072114_052339

im sure i have fixed long time ago on zero i must look for the patch XD
