As a user, I want to see statistics about the current state of infections, so that I can see how the disease is spreading

Ideas:

see current percentage of HEALTHY, INFECTED, UNKNOWN... users in a given radius around me
see these same stats at city scale, country scale, world scale
if I'm part of an 'organization' (e.g. EPFL), get these same stats for all organization members
