Issue 30 docker and mybinder #33

Resolve #30 and a few other things.

Add links to MyBinder to run the software without installing
Add Dockerfile and docker-compose to make usage easier on systems where native python installation is tricky (like Windows).
Improve quickstart guides and documentation structure.
Fix module names and imports that make current code not work.
