Every action that makes a detectable sound creates visible soundwaves.
The sound waves propagate in a similar way to sculk sensors except they don't travel--just appear at the location the sound was made or in the player's GUI as an icon. The wave would just 'pop up' for half a second and disappear. It would be a visual indicator that lets players know "Oh snap! I just made a noise, when I do this they can hear it!"
Why?
Clears up any questions as to how the mod specifically works in game and can be discerned easily and intuitively.
Can make the players aware that they have to be decisive when performing specific actions.
(EX "I'm hungry but this will make noise, what do I do? Wait for the morning to eat and risk starving or eat right now and risk dying in battle?")
