to much clouds at once #101

so yeah clouds i like them but a a clear day seems like a 1 - million chance so i was wondering how to adjust the setting to lower the cloud amounts becuse i alrdy have the rain storms and thunderstorms were i want them i just need the coulds to looke like they are storm fronts and not a massive pack of that are endless becuse i feel this could be hurting my performance alot becuse everywere clouds area appernt and with not end or holes in them.

also wondering if snowbuildup works yet sent sandstorms are in and are kinda simialr

Making clouds more sporadic and sometimes clear skies is on the todo, in the meantime, just keep increasing value of Cloud_ParticleSpawnDelay in Misc.cfg until you hit something you are happy with, 20 = 1 second delay.

Snow will be looked at again once I start working on snowstorm feature
