What's the configuration for removing deadly storms while still having rain and snow? #448

I want wind and precipitation but no hurricanes, tornadoes, sandstorms (are those deadly?), etc. I turned off the deadly storms, but as it turns out, the way I did it also removes precipitation.

Thank you. This is helpful to know, but I was asking about the configuration menu, not commands.

Change Storm_NoTornadosOrCyclones to true

You can find that under Config Tornado in advanced settings.
