Does not appear to be a result of weather2.

[07:48:29] [Render thread/FATAL]: Error during pre-loading phase net.minecraftforge.fml.ModLoadingException: Mod material_elements_panels_plates_slabs requires material_elements 3.9.0 or above, and below 4.0.0 Currently, material_elements is not installed.
