Suggestion: Block that gives redstone signal when it storms #510

Block that either give a signal streng by what storm it is example: signal streng 2 for sand storm and signal streng 15 for tornado. Or (I hope this will be the case) a block with a gui you can control how it behaves example: redstone inverted or only sandstorm will activate it
