how to port weather2 from 1.18 to 1.19

Corosus is working on it himself already once 1.18.2 is done.

Also, please don't ask for ports. To port a mod you have to basically rewrite it from scratch otherwise you have to fix thousands of errors. Corosus has a lot of work on his shoulders and people asking him for ports doesn't help with it. Please try to keep this forum to issues only, thanks!
