How to reduce spawnrate of tornadoes in the world?

In your - Appdata - Roaming - .minecraft and - Config , Open Weather2 Folder and edit the " Storm.toml " file with notepad

REDUCE, I can't get any tornadoes to spawn naturally

I just opened a ticket and saw this is similar. But is there any documentation or explination about these settings... I am having issues refining the rates to not be 2-3 per day

Well, I feel kind of dumb, but i had the setting “prevent severe storms” off
