Blocks grabbed by tornado are disappearing when they touch the ground. #560

Every block grabbed by tornado just dissappears when tornado drops them. This didn't happen in 1.12. version of minecraft. Is this supposed to happen?

its how its suppose to be, but I think you can change it in the config

I have already checked the config and I haven't found an option to enable/disable block disappering when they get dropped from tornado.
