Clouds appear in non whitelisted dimensions #598

Clouds show up in the End and Nether, despite them not being enabled in the configs.

Mod version: 1.18.2-2.7.5

sadly 1.18.2 isn't supported anymore and hasn't been updated since

still happens in 1.20 regardless.

Ah porting fun causing random features to not get wired back up. Some of the dimension filtering configs we working. Fixed 👍
