Sun is shining while its raining by using shader #602

I use shader. When its raining the sun is shining. Is there a way to fix this?

There is a thread but the config file is not like this. https://github.com/Corosauce/weather2/issues/427#issuecomment-939473907

I recal fixing this at some point, for 1.20.1, mainly for oculus
