[1.20.1] Add option to not render sun while raining #612

This isn't quite a bug, so maybe this is the wrong place to talk about it, I just don't know where else to ask this, but is there a way to remove the sun while it rains? It's just kind of un-immersive is all.

Hey Daniel, there currently isn't an option to do so. I'll mark this as a feature request so it can be looked into
