No EZ GUI Menu Button in Paused Menu #622

Hi, I was trying to modify the shaders arguments for the General.cfg file. Other forums have said to open the EZ GUI menu in the pause. I have no such button and additionally I can't find the location of my General.cfg file. I am on an M1 Macbook Pro with an M1 Pro and I am using NeoForge.
