Siren blocks playing weird music #676

I have no Idea why but in the middle of my survival world the siren block suddenly turned from the normal sound to this weird rap music that lasts for a couple seconds. I have no idea why this is happening and I can't find out what song it's even playing since it's such a short time.

Do you have a video of this? I can't get the siren to work at all. But this sounds almost funny.

Are you sure you didn't mistake something you had autoplaying in the background?

I got a video.... I'm in a snowy taiga village lol.....

Its playing a slowed version of this lol.

It was added as a meme to accommodate sandstorms but I don't think its supposed to activate unless you apply a specific config setting.

How Do I fix this? I haven't messed with the config in anyway.
