Reference state values

Issue: Add reference state values for commands sent by the HCI and returned by the NGC.

Steps:

• Figure out which state date should be represented graphically.
• Add new class MinionReference
• Populate the class for UDP and MQTT
• Populate the interface with new values
• Connect model and view via DataSource for UDP

Next:

• Add ref for modes
• Check the remaining ref values and what they mean. Why they are refs?
• Add all the remaining status values to NGC

Note that could not create a ngcVariable for RPM ALPHA and FORCE yet..

What is left:

• Fixing and showing position act/ref
• Move all ref to NgcVariable
• Understand and show the one referring to minions

also added status bar to show the principal states for all minions. THis should be tested and ordered. Also, the enum should be sued.
