Themes

It would be nice to have a few different themes to choose between:

• [x] Light
• [x] Dark
• [x] Sepia
• [x] High contrast

Implementation

1. Make the theme class switchable
2. Add setting to settings view

• The High contrast theme is a different task of its own. Need to find some sort of "official/researched" palette.

These mockups do not reflect actual chapter text. The text is edited to include all of the styles that can be displayed.
