First version of the "How to contribute" section is on preview

@LtSalt If possible, let me know if this might have helped initially or whether there is other information that would be good to include here as well.

I think contribution description is fine for now and I'll close the issue.

In the future we might have another ToDo here if we increase the possible contributions that can be done without an API token.
