we should remove this message, because adding victims is only possible as admin and admins cant acces survey page if there arent more than three user entries already

@jstet I don't understand the requirement here properly. Do I need to remove/change the text message from the success_add.html template or should I remove the whole success_add.html ?

@siborax i think the text needs to be changed so that only "Erfolg!" is on the page
