Use DVC for data management #16

Follows the discussion and solves #14

Here I use DVC for data management. I wrote some instructions for setup on the readme.

DVC is not set to sync with our gdrive. In future we can change it to NextCloud.

Something that is missing is to keep track of file metadata. We have to think how to do that nicely.
