Hi,

here my pull request for the school capacity and shopping functions as well as a function to create a basic map with plotly express.

Please note that for the shopping function for now the shops are aggregated by IRIS ID (not name), because the original shopping dataset already contains the respective IRIS IDs. I still have to check whether they match what is in the main dataset, if that's not the case I can amend the function.

I solved the conflict. I think this is ready to be merged!
