Add import with tags to changedetection.io

Currently, importing URLs in a flat .txt file is easy, however, this method does not generate the appropriate tags (one tag per Bank).

• [x] add JSON import that uses the bank name ("bank_name": { "bank_urls": [www...., www...., ...]}) as tag
