Problems with adding members to a team

Current Issue: When adding users to a team I was not able to add them, a message occured with "an error occured we could not invite team member", after a few minutes the team members where still added

Desired solution: Inform user on why it was not possible, investigate bug on why the delay hapend

Please prioritize this repo over frontend as it addresses pain points by our existing user base.

I tested this multiple times but was able to add the members to the team. @LiubovSmorhonska was this bug already tackled or do we still need to define where the problem lies?

I tried and tested:

• creating the team and adding members
• creating the team and board and then adding members
• adding less than 5 users at once
• adding more than 5 users at once
• adding members from the team page
• adding members from the Manage page All scenarios were successful.
