Sometimes I forget to log a dose, and the only modifications seem to be to delete doses?

I'd love the ability to manually add a dose as taken so my log reflects reality, and my remaining doses count is up to date.

a few times i've done the workaround of tap hold edit latest dose to correct time when i forgot to mark it taken (like getting distracted a few hours before grabbing device).

however this can lead to bug i'm reporting separately on tracking remaining count.

I have a related request. It would be nice to be able to log a free hand entry for things taken on a more random basis. For example, right now I've got a bad cold and I took some cough medicine and some zinc and I'd like to be able to record that so at the end of the day when I'm exhausted and coughing my head off I know what I took and what I can decide what if anything else I should be taking.

Apparently I need a medication for my eyes...TOTALLY missed that option. Thanks for pointing that out, works perfectly for this need.
