Reasons:
- embedding a web browser is a no, but interacting with an already system installed browser could be a yes
- we would not display it but we could invoke it and control it somehow
- see projects like GoogleChromeLabs/carlo
- still, the project could be too big to embed in the runtime and could end up in an external library
