Update page 3 of wing planning tool

• [x] Gets page 2 for working to read and submit to DB when selecting aircraft.
• [x] Allows user to update manually the number of people on page 2
• [x] When selecting commercial flights on page 3, updated to bring in DB data forward and connects to the Amedeus API to return flights
• [x] Now only allows one aircraft type per unit
