Update README for using KeyCloak

• start docker
• docker-compose build
• docker-compose up
• recommend stopping the client and server containers once all the images are running
• from the TACT directory run ./start.sh (or you can start the client and server independently)
• localhost:3000 is the app
• localhost:8180 will get you to the key cloak admin http://localhost:8180/admin
• kc username is kcadmin
• kc password is kcpasswd
• in the keycloak admin, go to Realms and select TACT
• in the Realm Roles select Users. Copy and paste one of the emails - this will be your username for logging into the app like cocom@madeup.mil
• password in the name prior to the @madeup.mil. All are CAPS except cocom is all lowercase

Then when logging out, you have to go to the to the KC admin Sessions page and log them out from there.
