Mob glitch #268

On teaspoon Build #190 on poggit, my players were able to kill mobs by fist or holding anything in hand. But after getting build #198 of teaspoon, they are unable to kill the mobs with sword or anything except lava or fall damage. Hopefully you will fix it.

maybe other plugins cancelling EntityDamageEvent?
