Installation guides for different platforms #158

[not an issue] I was dealing with different issues running on CentOS 7 like compiler, libraries, environment issues, Etc. I wrote a basic installation document shared in other site. I do understand that in general people to this level is able to fix everything, however compiler issues sometimes are not trivial when you need to update/upgrade your system. If you like the idea I can improve my document and share it with you guys. Thank you, this is in my opinion a promising software that we wanna test before starting our small project.

Please do share. We are currently working on the documentation and I'm sure what you have created will be a worthy addition.

It is not a very elaborated work, just are guides "draft" for Linux & Mac. Definitively could help in the ramp up but won't replace any formal documentation. Also added the makefile sample.
