Responsive Submit Button #18

User story: Upon entering the data into the forms, users will need to be able to see the submit button at the bottom of the page, as the content on the page reads down.

Deliverable: Fix the styling of the submit button so that it appears at the bottom of our form on various screen sizes.

Submit button has been fixed to be responsive.
