Unit tests needed for

[x] cens_*_table() functions
[x] name standardization
[x] BISG calculations (Bayes rule-level)
[x] BISG calculations (user-oriented function level)
[x] Meas error BISG calculations (compare to results from wru)
[ ] Alternative estimators (thresh., weight, poststrat OLS)
[ ] TV error calculation
[x] possibly: model results (once computation is re-done / stable)
