Issue with the import of template on Zabbix 4.0.32 #31

Environment: Debian 9 Zabbix Server 4.0.32

Error faced when trying to import the template: Details Import failed Field "name" cannot be set to NULL.

Additional comments: I have been trying to import the file now for a while on a Zabbix 4.0.32 instance and I am having issues doing this, as it seens like the Zabbix server does not like the format of the file.

The value within "Value mapping" have been created with the data mentioned in the readme.
