issue on installing? #5

Hi, Currently trying to install on debian stretch proxmox followed the procedures but what im lost is on the userparameters, inside of /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.d/ i would add the file ZoL_without_sudo.conf and then restart zabbix?
