@chipshort could you take over this and make an update to the 1.3.0-rc.0 tag? In https://github.com/CosmWasm/wasmvm/wiki/Maintenance#update-cosmwasm there is also some docs how to upgrade cosmwasm

Ah, could you also update https://github.com/CosmWasm/wasmvm/blob/main/docs/COMPILER_VERSIONS.md? We get a new Min Rust compiler now
