won't let me upload cape designs #96

Describe the bug Some cape images won't upload but friends can upload the same cape image with no issue. i keep being told its "not a valid cape design" and had my friend try it and he could upload the same image without an issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior I expected to be able to upload a cape that had my design on it to wear

Post your Minecraft username and link the cape file that you're having trouble uploading
