this PR brings the project up to date with the current submission

fixed mushroom in the fall 2 (it wasn't disappearing)
fixed snake in the fall 2 being treated as a mushroom
added nest into the treetops 5
got addMushrooms being called on each screen transition as well as each checkpoint
