Suggestion to add 2 player to start #2

Add a koth that only when there are 2 players looking for a koth or inside the area will the game start, thus being able to use it in minigames so any player can start to play with theirs sorry for english, i am Brazilian

It would be interesting, as it would be cool to have a command with permission that any player can use to be able to play with 2 players.
