Zonal vector test #30

Current zonal vector yields direction where there is no apex height change. Strictly speaking though, this no height change surface may be different than the root. Check out adding a double test: positive and negative steps along candidate zonal direction should produce no apex change with respect to each other, as well as no change with the root location.
