Modify FAQ and Terms and Conditions on app #4

Please make sure that subtitles are bold as provided in the word docs. Terms and conditions popup is visible on Sign up / Home Page and FAQ popup is visible on Sign up / Home Page and the Navbar post login.

Greatly cleaned up and restructured the documents. Both are available at the login page pre-login. However, not included links to docs for home page (post-login) due to the navbar heavily overloaded (and it's not even displayed for mobile version!),

Also, the Terms and Conditions content is not properly constructed and some sections are meaningless. This is most likely because it was copied from some template providing options for the actual final version, but none of them was favored. License content must be reviewed carefully.
