Deprecate old Roulette SIS classes #111

These models mix lens and simulator in one class. We should only keep those which separate the two functions.

The original rotated lens remains for now. The others have been removed.

Code has been refactored, but some of this non-modular models have been retained. Since there is no easy way to modularise the point mass models, we keep the remaining non-modular models.
