Test PointMass model with other Simulation models. #150

We should be able to test Sampled PointMass with Raytrace and standard Roulette, and straight PointMass with Raytrace.

There is a test in Test/pointmass, but this is outdated. It should be updated following the pattern from Test/SIE, documented, and possibly extended.
