9/14/2022 Update

Mostly Updates & Improvements. Working towards release.

Most notable achievement was getting rid of all deprecation warnings outside of Discord.js itself (still running a supported release)

This is mostly just to keep CosmoQuestX repo up-to-date with current work.

I do not currently recommend this version for "production", I recently rewrote all the request commands (like metar, taf, weather) and still don't 100% trust the stability.
