Goal : add the shape constraint used in SCORE to Tikhonet.

[x] check how the constraint was added in Florent's code.
[x] add the constraint.
[x] run a training in an interactive session.

After checking Florent's code, there were slight differences between their implementation of the shape constraint and SCORE's. The constraint has been rewritten in TensorFlow in this notebook.
