This PR proposes a first stage refactoring.
This is mostly cosmetic and removes the clutter at the base directory level.
The overall changes do not break the live code (thebe) demos.
Changes :
The book specific files are now stored in a shearbook directory.
The images and the bib files are moved to specific directories.
