Reorganizing development. #52

In order to make it compatible to develop many aspects of the code at the same time and creating more atomised pull requests, I have moved all development to this fork: https://github.com/andrevitorelli/autometacal where you can check all development at the branch "experiment".

Pull requests will come from other branches to which I will commit changes only relevant to specific changes in the code that are better developed towards integration.
