[BUG] Astromatic packages on canfar #666

Describe the buge

The installation of PSFEx and SExtractor fails in the docker container on canfar.

The reasons are wrong paths to sed and grep in the libtool scripts for those packages: These binaries are set not found in /usr/bin/, but are actually in /bin.

Possible solution are:

edit libtool from install_shapepipe before compiling these packages.
install those programs via conda (astromatic-source-extractor, astromatic-psfex)
