Compare performance of the wf-psf parametric model to off-the-shelf PSF models #13

In order to fairly evaluate how good the wf-psf model is doing we need to compare its performance with other PSF models.

Non-parametric models to consider:

Out of scope! To go further: At some point we could compare it to the tiny Tim model with HST real data.
